We encourage respectful discussion. To ensure our social media accounts are a safe environment, we ask everyone to follow these community guidelines:

•  Be respective of other people's reputations

Our moderators will make an assessment as to which comments break the guidelines. Comments, direct messages, tags, or mentions expressing any of the following will be reported, and acted on, by our moderators:

•  Use language that is offensive, hateful, harassing, inflammatory or provocative (this includes, but is not limited to, swearing, profanity and obscene or vulgar comments)

•  Contain personal information in comments such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or other online contact details, which may relate to you or other individuals

•  Advertising or promotion of any services or pages.

•  Spam, bots, and external web links.

•  Use copyright material without the owner's permission

•  Post irrelevant comments

•  Impersonate or falsely claim to represent a person or an organisation

•  Are designed to cause nuisance to the page administrator or other users

We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether contributions to our social media channels breach our community guidelines. We will take action to hide or delete comments made on our channels, as well as block users who breach our guidelines.

We can't guarantee to reply individually to every message we receive via social media.
