Supply chain opportunities

Opportunities across the whole of the UK

The Restoration and Renewal Programme will create a variety of supply chain opportunities throughout its lifecycle, from Programme management and corporate services to design, engineering, specialist trades and conservation roles. All our suppliers will be working on a fascinating project to build a historic legacy for generations to come.

Parliament already works with suppliers from around the UK, including during the recent restoration of the Elizabeth Tower and the Victoria Tower. These urgent works are being delivered through the in-house estate management team, separately to the scope of the restoration and renewal work of the Delivery Authority.

Opportunities and benefits / supporting growth around the UK

Our commercial approach has been designed to deliver a broad spectrum of benefits to the Programme, UK industry and local communities right across the UK. Together with our Skills Strategy, our procurement will bring opportunities for suppliers of all shapes and sizes not just in London but from regions across England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Wales.

We’re looking to work with businesses with whom we can build long-term relationships, building confidence and certainty to ensure efficient delivery of the Programme. Our ambition is to build safe commercial environments where partners are comfortable sharing knowledge and lessons learnt to limit risk, provide ongoing assurance and discover efficiency opportunities throughout the Programme.

Join the dialogue

The immense scale of the R&R programme will call upon the skills and expertise of companies of all sizes, across a broad range of sectors. We’re proactively seeking early supply chain engagement and dialogue to ensure that the R&R Programme is informed by your insights and shaped by your feedback.

If you would like to facilitate a discussion with your business network, please send details to businessengagement@r-r.org.uk

We’re striving to create an environment that brings the right people together to solve Parliament's challenges in a safe contractual environment that gives confidence to new entrants. We want our supplier base to have confidence to invest in their businesses, people, technology and learning to boost capacity and further innovation.
