Eleanor, Business Administration Apprentice

I am a Business Support Officer at R&R., having joined the Programme as an Office Assistant in 2022. After nine months at the Delivery Authority, I began a Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship to formalise the learning I was already gaining in my day-to-day role.  My apprenticeship has been invaluable in supporting my professional development and equipping me with new skills. Not to mention, speaking with and picking the brains of experts working on the Programme has been an instrumental part of my learning.

Muhammadou, Digital Engineering Technician Apprentice

My apprenticeship began six months after I finished sixth form, and each day has provided a new lesson. One of the skills I've learned is public speaking, from meetings to wider audiences - something I used to shy away from! My apprenticeship has enabled me to develop technical skills specific to this unique and fascinating project. I look forward to progressing my career and working on more major projects in the future.
