The Delivery Authority is developing and delivering the work to scope, budget and provide a timescale of this major restoration project. It was set up as a company limited by guarantee to procure and manage the contractors and supply chain. The Delivery Authority works closely with a team of architects, engineers, project managers and contractors to help shape the future direction of the work. The Board is chaired by Mike Brown CBE MVO.
